Derek Jeter Building Massive Estate To Share With Minka Kelly

Derek Jeter is building what will be the single largest home in Tampa, Florida -- all to share with his actress girlfriend Minka Kelly.

At over 30,000 sq. ft., the waterfront mansion has seven bedrooms, a room just to hold his baseball memorabilia, and a nine-car garage. It's located on St. Davis Island, the most exclusive enclave in the Tampa-St. Petersburg area.
Minka's Just Wrapped The Roommate With Twilight's Cam Gigandet
The NY Yankees slugger and Minka, the former Friday Night Lights star, spent part of their Thanksgiving holiday inspecting the construction, and going over decorating plans.
They hope to move in next summer, and there's much speculation the estate is a perfect setting for a wedding.
