Ignoring -- at least for a day -- the on-going problems of poor reviews and ticket sales plaguing the Australian leg of her world tour, Britney Spears, her agent boyfriend Jason Trawick and her sons Preston and Jayden toured the Royal Botanic Gardens in Sydney, Australia Saturday.

The Gardens were a fun distraction from the controversy that has sprung up around Spears' well-known lip-syncing, something many Australians have spoken out against.

The problems began with her first Australian show, in Perth, a week ago, where some fans left mid-performance.

The Circus Starring Britney Spears is in Syndey for four nights starting Monday at the Acer Arena. The tour wraps in Adelaide November 29 and the local newpaper, The Advertiser, is reporting that the venue has yet to sell out. Tickets are also being listed on eBay, The Advertiser reports, but "most of those on offer had received zero bids up to late yesterday."

Yep, Britney's "so called" singing days are over. She needs to stop carting her little boys all over the place just so she can wear elaborate sexy costumes and pretend to sing.

i saw one of britney's earliest youtube comeback performance. yes, she is annoying. it's like she's dancing in a club, lousy, but still more people were paying for it which is the most unfortunate.

They should get their money back. You don't pay all that money to listen to a recording. She's not as good as she use to be. I'd rather see Christina now that chic can sing!

Most Americans/Canadians are duped when it comes to paying big money to hear Performers who can't sing but lip-sync to cover their imperfections. Just imagine how rich these people have gotten off our dime and time!

Yes but we do know that Britney is a good singer, it isn't like she is duping anyone just trying to give a better shows with a lot of action.
