On Wednesday night Celebs hit the party circuit, stopping at Puma's African Bazaar bash in Los Angeles. Jessica Stroup, our favorite 90210 style siren, was aptly dressed for the casual occasion, wearing basic duds with a trendy jacket and clutch.
