TLC Files Lawsuit Against Jon Gosselin

In a bombshell development, TLC announced Friday that it has filed a lawsuit against Jon Gosselin.

The network is suing Jon for breach of contract, stemming from his actions of stopping production of Jon & Kate Plus 8.

It's the most shocking twist yet in a bitter public brawl of a divorce between Jon and Kate, which resulted in Jon saying he no longer wanted his children filmed, effectively shutting down the show.

TLC says it has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor his contract with them and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements. Those efforts have been unsuccessful, the network contends.

J.thinks he is 10 feet tall and bullet proof but he has tugged on Superman's cape this time. THIS FOOL NEEDS TO STOP SPITTING INTO THE WIND. These lawyers will show no mercy now, but if had acted like a human, K would have!

Because of his stupidity he will probably lose everything, will his creepy lawyer then come after Kate for spousal support???????????

I was wondering if he would be able to present himself as a David fighting big bad TLC, but it appears the contract terms are something an "everyman" from Pa could understand. Good luck Jon.

The original contract isn't presented here alongside the complaint, but he sure looks like he's in deep, deep trouble.

Well I just finished reading the complaint, and it sure looks like TLC has exercised considerable restraint in their handling of Jon. They also chose to give him many miles of rope, all of which he's used.

All his moves thus far have been so stupid - drinking, partying w/women openly, trashing TLC, stopping show, stealing $$, starting that charity. Every step has been so dumb!
