Suri sported a pink dress and silver peep-toe heels as she pretended to sip coffee from her empty cup.

To keep the toddler warm in the fall weather mom Katie wrapped her little girl in a $200 My Little Travel-Wrap cashmere blanket.

Ironically, Suri’s new phase is in keeping with her parents’ Scientologist beliefs which consider children as small adults and believe that there is no reason for them to be treated differently from anyone else.

Park Playdate for Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes & Suri

OMG, I used to wear my moms heels when I was 4; at least hers fit her feet! We all parent differently; why judge/why care? Worry about your own kids! And hate Tom and Katie but Suri's the most beautiful kid in H'wood!

To hankie123......I agree completely.
Everyone in this picture is dressed warmly except for the tiny child, who looks messy and freezing cold.
I don't understand it either.

i noticed the summer dress too w/katie in a jacket & boots. and let the child be a normal 3-yr old for god's sake. that kid will surely have psychological issues as an adult w/these fools as parents.

This child seems to be very loved and cherished by her parents and siblings. Every little girl likes to play dress-up. : D

To make matters worse, the picture was taken in October, in New England. Surely they could afford to buy her a sweater and some long pants. Look at the other people in the picture.

It is sad indeed, isn't it?

I sure hope the child don't grow up to be a naughty girl b/c of dressing at a early age like a grown up......

I don't think parents should let their small children dress like that in public, now I have heard parents let their children play dress up at home!I've never had children maybe my judgment is wrong b/c not raising a child.......

i see mom's with kids still in nitewear all the time...when you're pressed for time you have to compromise to reduce a child's stress...they have her jacket and blanket and seem attentive to her needs.
