Stephanie Pratt has been formally charged with misdemeanor Driving Under the Influence following her October 18th arrest in Hollywood.

The Hills star was arrested at 3.45 AM and charged with suspicion of driving under the influence.
Stephanie Pratt Busted For DUI
The papers say Pratt “did willfully and unlawfully drive a vehicle while being under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and a drug and under the combined influence of an alcoholic beverage and a drug”.

You know, the Hills producers have these people thinking they really are stars or something. They put them in dangerous situations with lots of alcohol for the benefit of the show. This needs to stop. This girl has problems and needs help.
