SYTYCD finalist Billy Bell has had to pull out of the hit dance competition due to illness it was revealed Monday.

The top 20 dancer is to be replaced by Brandon Dumlao, a 21-year-old hip hop dancer from Concord CA.

"We are disappointed that Billy cannot continue dancing in the competition on the advice of his doctor and wish him a speedy recovery," said executive producer/judge Nigel Lythgoe. "However, we are fortunate that Brandon Dumlao has agreed to return."

Dumlao will join fellow competitors on the first two hour performance show Tuesday on Fox, 8pm ET/PT.
