Even Jon and Kate Gosselin are feeling the crunch of the real estate market: The reality TV couple have been unsuccessful in trying to sell their first home, a five-bedroom, 2906 sq. foot property in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, for quite some time.

Other notable perks of the former palace of Gosselin: a geothermal system, new bamboo hardwood floors, new carpet, an ADT wireless security system, a laundry room on first floor with two sets of Whirlpool washers and dryers, a generator and a refrigerator.

Who wants to be stuck in rural PA? What opportunities are there for work for J or H? K wanted the kids. She duped the doctor and Jon so let her live with her lies. She is toxic and won't get another tv gig.

Kate should move back into the old house with the 8. There is a huge yard. They could add on a room that would increase the kitchen, dining area and a family room. She may be glad that it won't sell - bad karma is a ****.

They'll probably end up selling all properties and downsizing. They'll have to do this to afford court costs, lawyers, and day to day expenses. Both of them may look on this house and wish they'd never left it.

i think Kate needs to move back to this old house with the 8. its a NICE home. since NEITHER Jon nor Kate have JOBS and will not be able to pay 9,000 in Pa and 5,000 in NYC for Jon in morgetages a mos. MOVE BACK> give up the high life..

Sheesh! It's hard to fathom how two people that were struggling financially a few years ago can rationalize $15,000 worth of mortgages!

I would buy this just for the bamboo flooring. Plus, it could be glamorous to some extent to live in a famous house like this.

Kate needs to take the children and move back to the old house. The mcmansion needs to go on the auction block.
