Amongst the most horrifying parts of Elizabeth Smart’s testimony in new court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com are gruesome tales of rape and abuse including how her abductor "proceeded to rape" her on a daily basis after kidnapping her.

"He said that he would kill anybody that would come into the camp, or kill me if I ever tried to escape or yell out," Smart said.

Smart testified in U.S. District Court Thursday in Salt Lake City as part of a competency proceeding for Brian David Mitchell, the man charged in connection with her 2002 kidnapping.

Smart characterized Mitchell as "evil, wicked, manipulative, stinky, slimy, selfish, not spiritual, not religious, not close to God."

"He told me he was a prophet," Smart said of Mitchell. "He said he was the voice of God on Earth and that he would reign over God's children until Jesus came."

Mitchell has been deemed incompetent for trial in state court twice.

What a sick sick individual that David Mitchel is! A good punishment would be for somebody to loretta bobbit him. He seems to be so proud of his "goods". I have a question though: How did she not get pregnant??? I hope he is sterile.

What a beautiful young lady! She should be allowed to KILL him ANY WAY SHE SEES FIT! Or at least have it done! He's not worthy of breathing the same air! What a disgusting ****!!!!

Oh my gosh!!!! I can't imagine this happening to a 14 year old girl. Only by the grace of God is she o.k. It is amazing that she is functioning so well after such a horrific nightmare! I got sick reading her testimony. Can't imagine living it.

In November Elizabeth will become a mormon missionary to convince other people to follow that other "religious" child molester named Joseph Smith. Ironic isn't it?

Too bad she went from one oppressive religion to another. I've read about LDS and their beliefs. I personally do not think it is a Christian religion. They made their own bible after JS had a "revelation".
