On Friday, as Jon and Kate Gosselin continued to have a legal war of the words regarding money from their joint bank account, their kids were being taken care of by their nanny.

The sextuplets were welcomed home from school by their nanny who quickly ushered the adorable children into the family’s oversized black van.

Earlier in the day, Kate’s lawyer countered claims from Jon’s lawyer that he had returned the $180,000 he took from their joint back account. Jon’s lawyer claims Kate will be found in contempt of court for not accounting for the money she took out for household expenses.

Nanny parks close to the bus so they can get in the van very safely like Kate does. Jon parks where the kids seem to walk a long distance so JON gets more camera time. With Jon, paps even address the twins.
