PHOTOS: Jon Gosselin Has Quality Time With His Tractor

Looking happier and more relaxed than he has in weeks, Jon Gosselin hopped back onto his tractor at the family home in Pennsylvania.
The father of eight- looking refreshingly normal and nondescript in jeans, a t-shirt, and boots- was all smiles as cameras caught him driving his green monster as he did a little yard work.
Kate Gosselin's Lawyer Says Jon Took At Least $235,000
Earlier in the day, he was in court to confirm that he had given back the $180,000 he took from a joint bank account he shares with estranged wife Kate.

However, Kate’s lawyer claims Jon has take out “at least $235,000” which they will seek to have accounted for as well. Kate, who was not required to attend the hearing, was in Long Beach, Calif., for a book signing.

where's all the money for this coming from. No jobs, 3 mortgages, all kinds of toys (not including the kid's toys) TLC doesn't pay that well.

ohcrap, and don't forget he wants his children off the show because of the divorce..so he can make money having them filmed by ET and the Insider. He's such a liar.

Kate should get paid for the video. But you do not see her letting anyone on the property for pictures. Jon thinks he is hurting Kate by stopping the show, but he hurt his on payroll. There is only so long people will pay for pictures of him.

Look at his stomach in picture 3 and 4. He looks even larger than he did in the picture where he had his shirt pulled up and it was hanging over his belt. Remember that study about men with large stomachs have a greater chance of heart attacks.

So where are the kids? With the babysitter I bet. Would love to see Jon have to take care of ALL the kids ALONE for a whole week. Bet you that would be the last time Jon sees the kids again in a very long time. He couldn't handle it

In school. Wonder if Kate could handle taking care of the kids ALL ALONE FOR A WHOLE WEEK. That's probably why she's away from home for extended periods, she can't handle the "alone.. aloneness..."
