It look’s like things between Jimmy Kimmel and his new girlfriend Molly McNearney are really heating up in their high-profile and controversial relationship.

McNearney, 31, was spotted leaving the chat-show host’s Hollywood Hills home at 10 am Thursday after a sleepover, while a pasty and shirtless Kimmel, 41, looked-on from his balcony.

She drove straight to the El Capitain Theatre in nearby Hollywood with her boss and lover leaving separately from the house around an hour later.

Radar Online.com exclusively revealed that Kimmel, 41, cold heartedly got rid of McNearney’s former boyfriend - also a writer on JKL - before making a ‘David Letterman’ style move on the attractive blonde.

Both McNearney and her ex-boyfriend joined the chat show at the same time but McNearney received a fast-track promotion by her boss much to the annoyance of several co-workers.

In the wake of the David Letterman scandal the divorced father-of-two went public about his relationship with his co-worker in a bid to diffuse the situation.

RadarOnline.com contacted Molly McNearney’s former boyfriend Thursday but he said that he did not want to comment and was trying to “stay above the situation.”

I don't see how this rates as a newsworthy stroy..c'mon radar.. Jimmy is single, this woman is single...and for all weknow, her EX-boyfriend may have been a lousy employee.. or was giving her grief for getting involved with Jimmy.

I can't stand how people say Letterman was single. He WASN'T! He was with his gf for 20 -- TWENTY -- years and only recently married after having a child who's now six. Classy! (And I'm a Dave L fan).
