NEW DETAILS: Photographer Charged With Hit And Run In Jackson Family Car Accident

A paparazzo was charged with misdemeanor hit and run Wednesday, after fleeing the scene of a minor car accident with one of the Jackson family's security vehicles in California's San Fernando Valley, the LAPD Van Nuys Division told RadarOnline.com.

Michael Jackson's three children, Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket, were being driven to their karate class at the Dawn Barnes Karate center at about 2:20 p.m. by their grandmother, Katherine, who was being trailed by security guards.

A paparazzo allegedly rear ended a Cadillac Escalade (the kids were not onboard) at the Woodman Avenue off-ramp of the 101 freeway, then drove off without swapping details.

stars wont leave the LA area, that's where their career is.
anyway. this sucks about the Jacksons, but I am not surprised...I hope this doesnt deter them from going to future karate classes.

More stars are going to leave the LA area because of the paps. That is tax money CA will lose as their incomes are so high. I do not like the way the paps scare the children of the stars. DANGEROUS

CA needs to get serious with the paps. They hit Nicole Richie and now Mrs. Jackson in a ONE WEEK period. Britney Spears just had to settle with a pap because he would not move away from her car and she touched his foot.
