Paula Abdul is sick and tired. Literally.
The ex-American Idol judge Wednesday told her Twitter followers she is under the weather.
"Bad news my tweeps," Paula Tweeted. "Mama is sick. Up all night with the flu. I feel terrible.
"I knew I should've gotten the flu shot," the under-medicated diva wrote. "Gotta get better!"
She does need to get better: Abdul is slated to attend the show biz event of the year -- i.e. Simon Cowell's lavish 50th birthday party -- which is slated to be held in London later this week.
