The Disturbia singer -- in Paris, France for fashion week -- showed off her darker side Wednesday with sunglasses, dark lipstick and the partially see-though black dress.

Not a fan of her music, but she is one hot chick! This outfit is risque by U.S. standards, but in Europe it is not that big of a deal. They aren't squeamish about the human body like we are here. She looks phenomenal.
