BREAKING NEWS: Nicole Richie Injured In Car Crash

UPDATE: Nicole left the scene of the accident in another friend's Range Rover. She is currently at Cedars Sinai, Joel Madden was just spotting arriving.
Police sources tell RadarOnline.com that the paparazzo that hit Nicole is Eduardo Arrivabene and he does not have a drivers license, he has been arrested for driving without a license.
RadarOnline.com has learned that Nicole Richie, and an unidentified male passenger, were involved in a car crash Monday in Beverly Hills.
Renee Zellweger Involved In Fender Bender
The accident occurred at 2pm at 9400 Wilshire Blvd, the police are towing her car right now.
Richie, who was driving, was rear ended by an unlicensed driver who was working as a paparazzi. His car has since been impounded and he has been cited.

Richie refused to be transported to the hospital, despite being injured and in pain, insisting instead that she would seek her own medical help.

If she wanted any kind of privacy and discretion the hospital is the worst place to go. The staff blab as soon as they get a whiff of money waved in their face.

Idiot paparazzi and an idiot driver, the idea of CANING just keeps looking better and better in my opinion! Some folks just need a good old whippin'! I hope Nicole is OK and glad her kids were not in the car!

It isn't smart to refuse treatment...many times you don't feel pain until the next day following an accident.

I sure hope she is ok! It is not unusual for her to seek her own medical Doctor. I had a car accident many years ago in L.A. I was injured & sought help from the Dr. I worked for at the time. He was an orthopedic surgeon.

She should have been seen at a hospital...I was in a car crash earlier this year, and refusing treatment is not a smart thing to do....
