Eduardo Arrivabene, the paparazzo that hit Nicole Richie's car in Beverly Hills on Monday, is in a lot of hot water.

The 28 year old father of two from Burbank, CA has been arrested for driving without a license, a misdemeanor offence, but RadarOnline.com has learned that the paparazzo is also an undocumented worker.

A source tells RadarOnline.com Arrivabene tried to blame the accident on his friend, pretending that he was not
driving at the time of the crash, but he was shopped to the cops by another on-site pap.

Arrivabene claimed that he had dropped a camera on the floor and was trying to retrieve it at the time of the accident.

OMG did she have her children in the car? this is so out of line, he should be deported and there's first amendment rights and there stalking, this is stalking and people can get hurt!
