With mom Kate Gosselin and dad Jon Gosselin on both coasts for media appearances, the Gosselin family nanny accompanied the couple's oldest, twins Cara and Mady, to the bus stop for the second straight day on Tuesday morning in Wernersville, Pennsylvania.

The nanny, clad in a brown jacket and blue jeans, helped one of the twins, who turn nine-years-old Thursday, retrieve their school bags from the car; the other one waved goodbye as she boarded the bus.

holy crap! most people in the world work and send their children to daycare! my mom didn't work and i WISHED she did when i was growing up. but people would be upset if they where in daycare. you should be glad then that they're home atleast.

People, all over the world, including myself left my children with babysitters. I left them for about 45 hours per week. Kate is not ignoring her children. Some people have to leave the home in order to be paid.......

Funny how people presume to know what is going on in this family's home. How do we know that Kate isn't home cleaning up breakfast dishes and tending to the other 6? What mom wouldn't appreciate a little help - especially a mom of 8? Geez people!

truly...because this post is about the Nanny taking the girls to school in the a.m., (today`s date). And the word is that Kate is going to be on a primetime show tonight.

If PA is not where the work is, then they need to sell the house and relocate -- but like I said before, a parent should be w the kids, esp during the night. You chose to have 8 kids -- so be a freaking parent!

Silverlaker.. I agree with your two last comments. Kate should be doing interviews by Skype. Yes a parent needs to always be there! The girls' Birthday is tomorrow! What is going to be the deal with that? Kate better at least be there!

I'm on Team Kate but this is wrong -- if shows REALLY want to talk to Kate, they can do live-remotes from her mansion in PA or she can call in like she did on The View.
