A month into her new role as a mom, Katherine Heigl seemed understandably a bit overwhelmed as she struggled to get baby Naleigh, her car seat and several stuffed animals out of her SUV.

The Grey's Anatomy star and her singer-songwriter husband Josh Kelley adopted Naleigh, whom they described as a "special needs baby" from Korea in September.

Baby looks too big for infant car seat. Sure hope Katherine gets a toddler car seat very soon!

yes she is her head is clear at the top and her feet are sticking out. supposed to be and inch of head room. does she not have the money to buy a toddler seat??
