Jon Gosselin Ordered To Return $180,000 While Kate Looks "Forward To Returning To Private Arbitration"

On Tuesday, a Pennsylvania judge ordered Jon Gosselin to return the $180,000 he took from the couple's joint account and also asked Kate to provide accounting of past expenses by the next court date on October 26. Kate recently spoke out about the legal showdown and looks forward to the day the drama will play out minus the cameras.

“As difficult as this has been for me, I am pleased that the Court has ruled fairly on behalf of myself and my children. Now that this matter has been ruled on, I look forward to returning to private arbitration, as we have agreed to do, to resolve any remaining issues,” Kate said in a statement.

Jon must return the funds by October 26, and the $55,000 Kate used for household bills and expenses on behalf of the children are also subject for further determination by their arbitrator. Kate claims her estranged husband took over $232,000 from the account against the orders of their arbitrator. Jon claimed it was a fair thing to do, saying it amounted to his paycheck.

Fireworks all day long!! What happened to the rest of Kate's petition, requesting spousal support and child support? Guess Kate's lawyer didn't hear the judge's recommendation to keep issues private if J/K want privacy.

I wonder if Kate and her lawyer realize that the email to Kate shown in her court papers, clearly shows that Kate has money transfer to other accounts. You can't transfer money, if you are broke.

Guess What??? They are back to the arbritrator. Both will have to account or face contempt of court. Trust me no matter what Jon's secrets are Kate has a bigger one that even Jon does not want to reveal for his kids to find out.

KATE FOUND OUT THEY SAID THAT JON HAD JUST BOUGHT A BRAND NEW AUDI ON THE SAME CREDIT CARD THAT DAY & HAS BEEN MAXING OUT THE FAMILY CREDIT CARDS.

Again, judge told them both to keep it private. They have a public persona they want to preserve. They should just call it even and leave it alone, before they self destruct.
