Jon Gosselin was snapped Wednesday at the Swatch Store in New York City shopping for birthday presents for his twin daughters Mady and Cara, who turn 9-years-old Thursday.

The 32-year-old reality TV dad, who earlier in the day picked up a birthday cake at The Cupcake Café, might have not have enough time to sing songs and blow out the candles with the birthday girls, as wife Kate has asked him to just spend just two hours with them Thursday, and make up the time this weekend.

In response, Jon told Kate that he would spend as much time as he wanted with the kids, and would even stay over at the house if he chose, as it still belongs half to him.

Why do the PP follow him constantly? and great the kids now know what they are getting for their birthdays? Shouldn't Jon have kept that under his hat? What a loser, it is all about him!!

Notice Jon gravitates towards the window were the paparazzi are, wants to make sure he gives his friends the paps a good shot. He's looking at mens watches, why isn't he looking at little girl watches? ALways about him.

I think he was standing there waiting for the Swatch people to offer him some watches for free. Nothing like giving your kids free swag for their birthday. But he'll fork out the cash for Haileys jewelry won't he?

Both parents need to put their anger and poor behavior aside and be there for the children. They are good at acting so just put on an act for the day and get along.
