Monday night’s one hour long Jon and Kate Plus 8 special, where a solo Kate Gosselin sat down and answered viewers’ questions saw another ratings gain for the hit TLC show.

The episode garnered 3 million viewers, a huge number for a cable show and another weekly gain as it draws to it’s end.

Jon Gosselin halted production of the show following an announcement from TLC that they would be renaming the show Kate Plus 8 and downscaling his role. Jon claimed an “epiphany” came to him out of the blue and that he realized the show was damaging the welfare of his eight children.

Oh my. I see V55 at it again. I'd say "even a fish wouldn't get in trouble if he kept his mouth shut!" I think that's good advice even for lame fish.
