Joe Francis has dodged a major bullet. The Los Angeles District Attorney has decided not to press charges against Francis for the nighclub fracas at Guys & Dolls nightclub, in which Francis pulled Jayde Nicole's hair, causing her to fall to the ground.

WOW, so in LA it's ok for a man to grab a woman, pull her so hard by the hair that she falls to the ground. Hummm. Guess I'm glad I don't live where misdemeanor abuse is activity sanctioned by the DA.

Good. she started it CLEARLY and she starts fights with EVERYONE when she is out and wasted. Justice FINALLY prevailed on this one.

WTF? I am an atty and this man clearly assaulted her. I wonder what this DA is thinking here. It is not okay to pull a woman's hair and drag her around on the floor as the security video CLEARLY shows in this case. I am stunned.
