Jessica Simpson hopes to quiet the pranksters who have been supplying loved ones with bad information that her vanished maltipoo, Daisy, has been recovered.
"People have been contacting my family and friends saying that Daisy has been found," Jessica, 29, Tweeted Sunday. "Untrue. People are so cruel... please respect her memory."

The singer, in a post last month about the 5-year-old, caramel-colored dog, wrote : "My heart is broken because a coyote took my precious Daisy right in front of our eyes. HORROR!"
Simpson offered a reward and directed those with info to email and account she set up at findingmissdaisy@gmail.com.

What a horrible thing. People are so rude . I just dont understand how people who dont know her or vise versa can say things SO RUDE. What makes them think its ok to be so mean?

My heart broke for Jessica Simpson when this happened. I have a little dog that means the world to me and really wish people would stop being so cruel. I wouldn't know what to do if this happened to me.

I totally agree, people can be so mean. I can't imagine how it must have felt.
