Spider-Man star James Franco has had it with the Sunset Strip. He's listed his 1923 Spanish-style villa for $3,695,000.

The actor who recently made the surprise announcement that he'll be appearing on General Hospital, has four films in the pipeline ready to come out in 2010.

The 4,000 sq. ft home has three bedrooms and the master bath features a 19th century marble bathtub. There's a guest house and pool.

Franco has owned the home for just three years.
