Gordon Ramsay Followed Simon Cowell's Nip Tuck Advice

Hell’s Kitchen tough guy chef Gordon Ramsay has revealed that he had beauty treatments to fill in deep grooves on his chin on the advice of Simon Cowell.
The American Idol guru told Ramsay if he wanted to really crack American television then he would have to get take care of his craggy looks and get the lines filled.
Ramsay told the UK’s Radio Times magazine: “My mother said they were smile lines and I could deal with that at 21, but not at 42.
“Simon Cowell suggested that now I am a success in America, I should do something, so I had filler put under the deep crevices and it hurt.”
Ramsay now undergoes two to three procedures a year to maintain his smooth looks with the filler to plump out the creases costing up to $650 a time.

His admission comes after his spokesperson denied claims in May 2008 that he had undergone any cosmetic procedures.
At the time the spokesperson said: “Gordon would be the first person to mercilessly take the piss out of anyone that has had surgery.”
In the interview Ramsay opens-up on his ‘year from hell’ which saw reports that the celebrity chef had cheated on his wife Tana Ramsay while his business hit rocky times and he got embroiled in a sexism row while he was touring Australia.
He admitted that his wife had been very supportive of him and that both Victoria and David Beckham had been great friends too.
And he defended his wife’s decision to appear on the UK’s Dancing On Ice television show which critics claimed was just an attempt to ‘cash-in’ on his fame.
He said: “It was a year from hell... but when I take a beating I comeback twice as strong.
“Tana’s a resilient young mum of 34 who dedicated eight years to bringing up our children brilliantly.
“I’m looking forward to her dancing because her buttocks are so firm it’s like clinging to a six-pack.
“She has the bum of an 18-year-old. I woke-up the other day and she was doing buttock clenching exercises and I yelled: ‘Jump back into bed!’”
