EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Jesse James’ Ex To Get Temporary Visitation Rights

Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James is still attempting to monitor ex wife Janine Lindemulder's influence on their child. A judge ruled on Tuesday that for at least the next sixty days Lindemulder will have visitation rights though James has had full custody of their daughter while she was in jail for tax evasion.

James, flanked by his lawyer, appeared before the judge at the Lamoreaux Justice Center to determine custody and visitation rights for his daughter Sunny. Lindemulder was also present. For the next sixty days Lindemulder will get six hours of visitation every Sunday and may pick up and drop off the child from 10:00am-4:00p.m. She may take the child on trips to the park and does not have to be monitored.
James’ attorney raised concerns that Lindemulder had remarried someone she recently met at her Federal half-way house- a place she will staying for at least the next four weeks. Her new husband has a criminal history including numerous felonies. His convictions include possession of a sawn-off shot gun, Methamphetamine manufacture and possession, several DUIs, and driving without a license.
Lindemulder defended her husband and claimed the couple are determined to leave a life of crime behind them and move forward. She also explained that she could leave rehab sooner if the judge for her criminal trial approves her desired future employment as an adult video blogger- a profession apparently approved of by her parole officer.
The next hearing is December 7th 2009.

Janine is an ex-porn star,so her wanting to do an adult video blog doesnt surprise me, what does is that fact that Jesse James married her and had a kid with her. How one goes from a porn star like Janine to Sandra Bullock,I will never know.

I don't blame him for being concerned, she is bringing an ex-con into her daughters life someone she doesn't really know, he could end up molesting the child, the judge should have had supervised visits only.
