"Balloon Boy" Falcon Heene's parents shot a daring - some might say reckless - video showing Richard Heene and a buddy intentionally getting themselves caught up inside several dust devils.

RadarOnline has exclusively obtained the video, shot in 2005. It shows Richard and his friend standing in an open field as huge dust devils approach.  Falcon's mom, Mayumi, is behind the camera and can be heard shouting instructions to the two men.

Richard and his friend actually increased the size of one of the dust devils by using a lawn mower to blow up even more dirt into the whirlwind and then stepping into the middle of it. One of the dust devils was at least 100 ft. high.

Larimer County Sheriff Jim Alderden has expressed concern that the family's lifestyle may have put Falcon and his brothers Brad and Ryo at risk. He's asked the local Child Protective Services to investigate.

The family may also be hit with the bill for the emergency operations that were launched when it was erroneously believed that Falcon had been taken airborne by the Heene's home-made helium balloon.

Balloon Boy Family's Wild Past

Wow a family more screwed up then the Gosselins and a dad more insane then Jon. Never thought I would see the day.
