The child custody battle between Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James and his ex-wife, former porn star, Janine Lindemulder is getting nasty.

James and Bullock have had custody of James' five-year-old daughter, Sunny, since January, following Lindemulder's incarceration on tax evasion charges.

James recently went to court in Orange County, CA, to ask a judge to rule on whether Lindemulder is a fit mother.

In a statement to the court, James suggested Sunny may not be safe with his ex-wife, adding that she should be "restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments".

RadarOnline.com has discovered that Lindemulder married in August, in a hush-hush ceremony, to Jeremy Aikman, who just got released from jail after serving a sentence for possession with intent to manufacture meth amphetamine.

According to a source close to the couple, "Janine and Jeremy are crazy about each other, they're totally in love. Sure they've both done stupid things in the past but they've both paid the price for that and are ready to move on with their lives. Janine loves her daughter and is determined to get custody of her again, she says that she knows Jeremy will make a great father."

Guess time will tell if the courts and her ex-husband agree with that!

Janine has been lacking brains lately. It was stupid that she did jail time for evading taxes and now she runs off and marries a meth head. Not smart moves at all on her part. I don't blame Jessie for worrying.

Surely no court would favour such a moral-less home for this child.. The new husband intended to sell and profit from the harm he would inflict on those he sold meth amphetamine. He is an evil person with zero morals and the mother! Yikes
