Just when you thought you’d read enough about Randy and Evi Quaid, RadarOnline.com has discovered the couple’s criminal lawyer, Dick DeGuerin has quit.

“Randy and Evi are back in Marfa, TX, and their criminal lawyer Dick DeGuerin is not representing them anymore,” a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Evi Quaid Being Sued For Defamation Of Character

Calls to DeGuerin’s office were not immediately returned.

The wacky couple were being represented by DeGuerin in their criminal case involving the San Ysidro Ranch, in which they are charged with three felonies each, relating to unpaid hotel bills.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Evi Quaid is also being sued for defamation by deputy James Davis of Presidio County, Texas.

I can't figure out why a well respected attorney like **** DeGuerin would have taken them on as clients in the first place. They are out of their minds.

these 2 have mental problems-why with all they could have had they want to thow it away-also look at the dress "AWFULL" looks like one of the twins are sticking out
