Don’t expect to find Michael Lohan on Twitter. Well, you may see an account with his name next to it, but it’s a big old fake he confirmed to RadarOnline.com.

“I don’t have a Twitter account, so whoever is sending these messages around is a fake and it’s not me,” Lohan confirmed.

Lindsay’s dad told RadarOnline.com on Thursday that someone has been tweeting without his consent. This is just the latest hurdle for Lohan, who appeared on The Insider earlier this week and found himself attacked from all sides by Real Housewife of Atlanta, NeNe Leakes. Leakes repeatedly called him a “toxic parent,” interrupting him as he tried to state his concerns for his daughter Lindsay's, telling him instead to go hang out with Jon Gosselin.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Lindsay is in the process of drawing up paperwork for a restraining order against her dad, something Michael says is the handiwork of his ex-wife and Lindsay’s mom, Dina.

A lot of people don't have a twitter account or even facebook account, but when some people see these people's name on twitter or facebook, they automatically think it's them.
