RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Melissa Rycroft, the ex bachelor contestant and Dancing With The Stars cutie, has swine flu.

“Poor Melissa is really, really sick,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “She was due to do a photo shoot today but had to cancel at the last minute.

“It’s so unlike Melissa, as she’s usually such a pro, so you know she has to be on death’s door, figuratively speaking.”

Poor Melissa has been sick for several days now, on Monday she tweeted, “Why did I wake up feeling like I got hit by a Mack truck last night?? Ughh...stupid flu...”

Melissa’s Twitter Account

Melissa was on season 13 of The Bachelor and was given the final rose by Jason Mesnik to then go on to be unceremoniously dumped by Mesnik on national TV for another Bachelor suitor.

But Melissa was quick to bounce back, announcing her engagement to her insurance agent boyfriend, Tye Strickland, six months later. The couple plan to wed on December 12th.

She's a cute girl but is this chick gettin the flu really newsworthy? Quick Radar call Michael Lohan and ask him what HE thinks of this chick getting swine flu. Jazz it up a little. 8 million ppl have the flu y'all, big whoop.

I'll tell you what kansas kay, my son 26 had it, passed it to us, it was the worst 2 wks., you can have. If you get it and survive, call radar and tell them, I'm sure getting dumped is minor news. This flu sucks.

I did not mean nothing by it except my older sister had it and was in hospital and i know for a fact she was so sick the last thing she was interested in was tweetering to her friends about it

Hope you child gets better fast. My sons gf got it and it takes a couple of weeks to feel 100% Here in Canada, it's hitting women in their 20's the hardest. Weird.

when i get the flu i wonder if radar is going to tell the world? afer all she is a nobody just like most of us -she became famous by being dumped well guess what alot of us have gotten dumped
