EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Michael Lohan Says Judge “Should Have Put Lindsay In Rehab”

Lindsay Lohan escaped jail time on Friday by the hair of her chinny-chin chin--- But if her father, Michael Lohan, has anything to say about it, that may change.

“I’ve just gotten off the phone with the judge and I’m not happy,” Lohan told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview. “She needs to put my daughter in rehab. How could that judge have let her just walk in to court and walk right back out? The least they could have done was give her a drug test at the door.”

Lindsay, of course, appeared in court in Beverly Hills on Friday morning, where Judge Marsha N. Revel agreed to extend the actress’s probation for one year. The judge’s order also stipulates that Lindsay must get court approval to leave town if she’s going to be gone longer than 21 days. And she has to resume her alcohol awareness program within two days of her return.

According to an eyewitness Lindsay looked “disheveled and strung-out with blood shot eyes and an alarmingly skinny frame”, she sat quietly throughout the hearing allowing her attorney to do all the talking.

some please enlighten me ... In the state of California is it illegal for a parent to put his biological daughter in rehab? It is HIS job to see she gets professional help if the courts fail, which in this case they did!

"HE" belongs back in jail for the abuse he provided! Neglect, her being a child breadwinner, talking about her in public, etc! He's still using her and it's no wonder she doesn't have anything to do with him!

Ass clown or not he is still her dad. Maybe he is concerned for his daughter! If something were to happen to her at least he can say he tried to help her. Can any of her friends or other family members say that?

It is not out of concern for his daughter he does this crap with Radar. He does it because it is the only source of income he has. With his prison record he will never work in the industries he once worked.

Lindsay is getting away with more than any other celebrity - and that's not fair!!

Michael- stop talking to the press about your "buddy" Jon Gosselin and work on your daughter.
But I guess in your case, it doesn't matter who you are talking about as long as the press is talking to you...
