EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Michael Lohan Going To Court With Jon Gosselin, Attacks Jon's Lawyer

Watch out Mark Heller, Michael Lohan's coming to a courthouse near you!
As Jon and Kate Gosselin prepare for their date with a court-appointed arbitrator Tuesday morning, Michael Lohan is planning his own courtroom showdown!
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Lohan reveals that he also plans to be at court and that Jon's attorney, Mark Heller, should watch his back!
"Mr. Mark Heller's going to be very shocked when he sees me there tomorrow, because I'm going to have a long conversation with this guy before anything even happens," Lohan revealed to RadarOnline.com.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Jon and Lohan spent the weekend together at Gosselin's Wernersville, Penn., home, where Lohan no doubt gave the father-of-8 a good dose of advice.
"I beat him up all the time," Lohan told us. "I tell him, 'Jon, what are you thinking? Why are you saying this? Who's telling you to say these things?' And he always tells me, 'Mike, I don't want to put anyone on the spot. I have to listen to what they're telling me.'"
When asked if Jon was referring to Heller, Lohan told us, "let's just say he was referring to his counsel."
Guess we'll all have to tune in tomorrow and watch what happens!

I think Nancy Grace should be his att. Not only would she smack some sense into him she's probably the only one who will get him weekend visits at this rate.

That's my dream for Nancy Grace to spend a whole hour on TV and let her at him. He tonight on Inside Edition accuses Kate of cheating on him. So much for shutting the hell up. He just sunk to his lowest
