EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Kate Gosselin's Lawyer Says Jon Has Income Coming In From Other Sources

In an exclusive interview Kate Gosselin's lawyer, Mark Momjian tells RadarOnline.com that they believe Jon Gosselin is earning money from sources other than his hit TLC program, Jon & Kate Plus 8.

And Kate intends to go after a share of it, after Jon allegedly raided the couple's joint bank account of $230,000, and left Kate with no money to support her children and pay the bills.

Kate's lawyer filed a request for spousal support Monday, on the same day the injunctive relief petition was filed. The figure Kate is seeking is to be determined.

As Momjian explains, "In the state of Pennsylvania, you don't make a request like that [for a specific amount of money]. It's a pro forma application, basically providing standard intake data, there's no accompanying financial information when it's filed.

"In other words, you don't make a demand for an amount, you just fill out astandardized form that's filled out by all support litigants."

When asked if they believe Jon has income coming in from other places than his TLC show, Momijan replied, "We suspect that he is. But that information will have to be obtained in the regular course of the litigation.

"We can't specifically verify whether he is getting paid but we think he is. The only person that can answer that is Jon Gosselin. We suspect he is though.

Kate works for the money. Jon has ridden Kate's coat tails. Why doesn't Jon get a job? Kate should support the kids, Jon AND Hailey??? Jon is shown partying with girlfriends and drinking. If this was Kate, all hell would break loose.

How about going back to nursing! She has the smarts to be a nurse then use some of her smarts managing $$$'s She wants to gain sympathy off of the viewers, then quit trying to look like the pathetic victim! Show you can do something "POSITIVE".

Good luck w/your thinking that Kate is the thief. Jon's orig. atty was quoted in radaronline a month ago saying they were satisfied with Kate's acct of where money went. Divorce was on track til Heller started.

Says he can't stand Kate bashing him, then goes on to trash her once again. Kate's disgusting that she doesn't vote? Funniest is about his future plans - fashion line, etc. and possibly more kids w/Hailey.

I read that ParentDish interview. What a wierdo Jon comes across as - he truly sounds like he is on drugs or just losing it. He rambles about one thing after another, talks about a therapist, then just Jews.

Kate is a thief. She had her hand in the cookie jar long before all this. She deserves nothing. Her 8 kids have been supporting her for 5 years and it's time she earns her own keep.

Hate to burst your insane bubble but Jon is the thief and a large part of the money that Kate handled did actually go to the children into trust accounts for each of them. Jon is the one with 3 new luxury cars, expensive parties & on and on.
