Ellen Pompeo smiled broadly for fans and photographers after putting her name to a petition to legalize marijuana in California.

California already has legal medical marijuana but there is mainstream support to make all usage of pot legal in the state, and Ellen seems clearly to be in the majority.
But what really got our attention is the Grey's Anatomy's star's amazing figure. Ellen and her husband Chris Ivery became first-time parents just five weeks ago.

I am not advocating use of either substance, but it should just be legalized, and the same laws applied as to alcohol.

So people don't want pot legalized? But yet look at how alcohol is sold literally everywhere!! I would rather be around someone mellow from smoking pot, than around a loud, angry drinker. Alcohol brings out anger - pot doesn't.

Yeah, we need pot smokers roaming the streets, driving cars, flying airplanes, driving school buses, teaching our children etc. Just look at the effects alcohol has on our society. Pot IS NOT harmless. Read about it yourself.
