The Tonitown, Arkansas reality TV family, headed by dad Jim Bob and mom Michelle, welcomed the family's first grandchild, a girl named Mackynzie Renée, who was born to the oldest Duggar son Joshua and his wife Anna Thursday.

In an interesting twist, Mackynzie Renée will meet one of her aunts next spring when Michelle gives birth to her 19th child. The Duggars other children are Jana and John-David, 19; Jill, 18; Jessa, 16; Jinger, 15; Joseph, 14; Josiah, 13; Joy-Anna, 11; twins Jedidiah and Jeremiah, 10; Jason, 9; James, 8; Justin, 6; Jackson, 5; Johanna, 3; Jennifer, 2 and Jordyn-Grace, 9 months.
18 Kids and Counting airs on TLC; a special chronicling Mackynzie's birth, First Grandduggar, airs Tuesday, Oct. 13 on TLC at 9/8c.

eriegirl; i think the duggar kids work VERY hard to have a roof over their heads, especialy the girls. i have 5 but i don't make my older kids to wash clothes, cook and babysit, because if i choose to have 5, it's my responsability NOT THEIR'S..!

i have 5 kids and they are going to choose if they want to have babies and care and deal with them when they grow up. I HOPE ALL OF THEM GO TO COLLEGE!

If the gosselin kids go to live with them, i think thel have to wash clothes, cook, give baths and babysit the yonger ones, and not have the opportunity to go to college!

Sure the Duggars have a ton of kids, but the kids are fed, clothed, warm, have a roof over their heads. If I had 18 kids, I would expect the older ones to help with the little ones. That is what makes this family work.

Just a beautiful baby and wonderful addition to this large loving family..Throw the Gosselin kids in the mix and maybe they'll have a chance in this world!!

some women likes to have babies! j.Bob& Michelle are the QUEEN& KING about raising children! they work hard,help people out, & the greatest family values any parents could have for their children

i don't think she is a good mother. all she does is get pregnant(the fun part)and have babies, and the older boys and girls do ALL HER WORK. maybe thats why they don't send them to school and college.

Tumbs up on who said the Duggars should raise the Gosselin gang! At least they would be taught how to appreciate things and not be soooo shelfish.
