Davy Jones has gone bananas on his former band mates in The Monkees, slamming all of them in a recent interview.

The former lead singer of the made-for-TV band told an interviewer that Mike Nesmith has his “head firmly up his a***”

But Davy didn’t stop there, saying he couldn’t even imagine sharing the stage anymore with Micky Dolenz because “he doesn’t want to play the drums and wants to play the guitar at the front of the stage.”

And he found time to criticize Peter Tork, saying his ex band mate is so hard to get along with “he joined a one-man band and gave it up over musical differences!”

What made Davy go out of his tree? He didn’t say but clearly his has bad feelings toward the ex gang, none of whom were invited to his recent wedding to Jessica Pacheco.

Davy slammed guitarist Nesmith the hardest and said: “He’s not an entertainer in the sense that Mickey, Peter and I are. He has his back to the audience all the time.” (Ah, maybe it’s because he doesn’t want them to see his head up his butt?!)

He continued: “As a person, I haven’t got time for him.” They have not spoken in a decade.
