D.A. Determined Jayde Nicole Acted "Without Immediate Provocation" in Joe Francis Assault Case

RadarOnline.com has obtained paperwork from the Los Angeles County District Attorney Office pertaining to the August 28th bar room brawl involving Joe Francis and Jayde Nicole.
Joe Francis Sued In Club Fight
In it, the D.A.'s office states that Jayde Nicole (last name Gelette) poured a drink on Francis and that he responded by pulling Gelette's hair from the back and pulling her down.
Brody Jenner Meets With Police Over Francis Incident
They go on to say that a video recording provided by the nightclub indicates that "Gelette appears to have acted without immediate provocation in her assault upon suspect/victim Francis."

She should not have poured a drink on him..But when is it Ok to react violently?!? Having a drink poured on you DOES NOT hurt you physically - just ego-wise...Whereas, he physically attacked her !!!
