Celebrities like to show some skin, whether we like it or not. As the sizzling summer temperatures rise, apparently so do the hemlines. Long gone are last season’s demure (read: BORING) baggy and knee-length shorts. Stars like Miley Cyrus and Christina Ricci bare all and show us a bit of what their mammas gave them in up-to-there shorts that make for some daytime hits and some after-dark misses.
