Lee was arrested 29th July 2009 for a misdemeanor offence and bailed on $1,000.

Nicholas Prugo was arrested Thursday and held on $20,000 bail. He was also arrested back in February for possession of cocaine, he pled guilty and entered an 18-month drug diversion program.
