Randy Quaid And His Wife Evi Have Been Arrested

The couple was arrested in Marfa, Texas, on Thursday.
RadarOnline.com has confirmed that Randy and Evi are being held in the Presidio County Sheriff’s office being interviewed by deputies.
Contrary to reports claiming Randy was combative with officers, a law enforcement source told RadarOnline.com exclusively, “Evi was yelling and screaming and swearing. But Randy was very cooperative and tried to help calm his wife down as well as restrain her.”

There were outstanding arrest warrants for the couple issued in Santa Barbara for burglary and theft.

The Quaids are accused of walking out on their hotel bill for thousands of bucks at the swanky San Ysidro Ranch near Santa Barbara.
They are set to be arraigned before a judge with the opportunity to post bail later today.

Good grief, they go around town skipping out on luxury hotel bills and stealing stuff, so why are they so surprised that they got arrested? I agree, some folks think they're so rich and famous they can do anything. Wake up call!

Actually Randy Quaid is a decent actor -he really cracked me up in, Kingpin. I'm disappointed he is such an azz. Thought he was better than this.

Randy Quaid has made a lot of big movies. he is RICH! why would he try to stiff a upscale hotel? he should get 12 mos jail time and make restitution along with his ding-a-ling wife!! maybe its a PR stunt that back fired!!

They are both nuts, have a sense of entitlement and deserve to be jailed for life so we do not have to hear about them anymore.
