New Mom Nicole Richie Returns To Twitter With Well Wishes

Nicole Richie Thursday returned to Twitter after a week's layoff (give her a break, her water was breaking!) to respond to her public after giving birth Wednesday to her second child, son Sparrow.
Wrote Nicole: "What a great day to come back on Twitter. Thank you everyone for your well wishes. I love my family!!"
The 7-pound, 14-ounce baby's father, Joel Madden, also Tweeted his joy on his newborn.
"1st day of his life & my son is already a trending topic on twitter," he wrote Wednesday. "That's right son, ur just like your old man."
