We've seen Jon Gosselin lugging around Toys R Us bags plenty of times, but on recently, the toys were not for his tots: The 32-year-old reality TV dad cheered up sickly children at Morgan Stanley's Children Hospital in Washington Heights, New York.

Gosselin, clad in his usual casual decor, played it low key, arriving by himself and visiting with the kids.

FAKE FAKE FAKE. This is staged by his PR firm in an effort to redeem his image. Too bad he cancelled it out a couple hours later by staging a make out session in front of the paparazzi with that little hood rat Hailey. He's the worst Dad ever.

Good for you Jon! Shame on Kate for charging a mother of a cancer victim $20 for a photo in a hospital in Reading, PA a while back..shows who REALLY has a heart and it isn't Kate! Witch!
