On the same day LeAnn Rimes officially announced she was ending her marriage of seven years to Dean Sheremet, the country pop superstar was snapped leaving Shutters On The Beach Hotel in Santa Monica, California on Tuesday.

There was no sign of Rimes’ new love, hunky actor Eddie Cibrian, whom she reportedly hooked up with last March after meeting on  the set of the Lifetime movie, Northern Lights.

In a statement Monday on her website, Rimes said: "After much thoughtful mutual consideration, Deane (sic) and I have agreed to move forward with dissolving our marriage. This decision was amicable and we remain committed and caring friends with great admiration for one another. Thank you so much for all of  your continued love and support ­ it is deeply appreciated."

Cibrian  filed for divorce from his wife, Brandi Glanville, last week.

Since splitting with his wife, Rimes and Cibrian have gone public with their romance – recently seen together at a golf course and a concert.
