Granted Jon Gosselin is dieting from opulent Ed Hardy gear, but he may be extending his reach to the realm of womenswear. The reality TV dad was spotted perusing women's clothes in New York City with his mom Pamela.

Gosselin, dressed in a pinstripe button down with jeans and Gucci sneakers, considered leather boots and a black cable knit sweater between several lady boutiques.

Perhaps he's consulting his mom, or browsing for a gift for girlfriend Hailey Glassman.
Meanwhile, his estranged wife Kate and her kids busied thesmelves with shopping of their own.

Ohmylord...can we cut the guy some slack...sometime, somehow?! He's shopping with his mom for cryin' out loud. Kate's on the phone constantly lining up $ making gigs even when she's with the kids! Should he just hold up in his apt 24/7?

I'm guessing he was just taking his Mom shopping. That would be nice to think that he is capable of thinking of someone other than himself and Hailey. I hope he did buy Mom some new things!

Only interesting thing I noticed...and interesting is stretching...it took 3-4 photographers to get the same photo hunt! At least Jon called it years ago: 'I love my peeps'.
