Jon is in town to do the rounds of media outlets following TLC's announcement that they will be scaling down his role on Jon and Kate Plus 8, and changing the name to Kate Plus 8.

Jon and Kate ratings continue to fall

One stop on Jon's press tour is Larry King Live, which the dad of eight is due to film tomorrow.

Flanked by his entourage, Jon looks stress free but solemn after his flight, dressed casually but still rocking those Gucci sneakers!

Watching the Gosselin bit on CBS right now. Lara Spencer from the Insider is saying Jons lawyers have ordered that all filming be halted in his home and that all production crews are to be banned from entering his home!

Thanx for the update NM. Well, this should be interesting. Remember when both parents said they would stop filming when the show caused possible harm to the kids/family? Well that day came & went & no one stopped it.

Jons attorney Mark Heller sent letters to TLC ordering this and gave the story to the Insider to break since he's appearing on their show today. Ohhh it's getting juicy! I guess if he can't get paid he doesn't want them there.

Yes, it is getting juicier! & if there is a contract & if there were no amendments, J is still on the payroll. That's why TLC will still maintain 'exclusive rights' w/J making guest appearances. TLC still sees a cash cow.

Now the parents will have to stay at home, with the nannies & other paid staff to take care of the kids. Their life is not a real life, typical of an every day family. It's blown up into a terrible tragedy that has to be stopped.

What a total ****weed. I love that the minute TLC drops him he bans them from filming the kids anymore. If he can't get the money then he doesn't want them filming the family anymore. Omg he's such a douche.
