Jessica Simpson hasn't given up hope that her beloved Malti-Poo, Daisy, will be found, and she has a message for those that are hating on her for it.

"Still holding out hope despite the assholes that say is it a dumb thing to do. Daisy is my baby...why would I stop searching? I'm a mom." Jessica tweeted Wednesday afternoon.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report Daisy was carried off in the jaws of a coyote Monday night.

i have a small white poodle and would never even consider letting it OUT to RUN after dark. dogs belong on leads, DAY or NITE. Simpson is a DUMB-A**, so we expect this thoughtless, reckless mode of behaviour from her!!!!

Whatever it COST to erect a safe enclosure for Daisy -- would have been WORTH IT & WELL SPENT. Daisy should've been safe in her own home; but she wasn't because SOMEBODY wasn't THINKING. Poor Daisy RIP

It seems she was neglectful by not having the dog on a leash and letting it run lose in the dark. Poor puppy.

Dumb, rich celebrities who think having a dog is ANYTHING like being a mom really bugs me. Dog care and parenting are not even a LITTLE bit alike. Maybe if Miss SImpson actually hasa kid, she might actually find that out for real some day.

ya Jess you have a dog for a baby if you would have stayed married to the only guy that truly loved u you could have had a baby a real baby.

She is hoping little Daisy escaped and is wandering around. I hope she is right but it is unlikely that this gentle dog would know how to defend herself from a wild animal.
