Redmond O'Neal is no longer a jailbird!
A judge ruled Thursday that O'Neal be released from jail and sent to Impact Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center in West Pasadena for one year's in patient residential treatment.

However, O'Neal's legal woes are far from over. He is due back in court September 30 to face charges stemming from a DUI and possession bust last January, and a parole violation when Sheriff's searched dad Ryan's house last September and found drugs.

Both are open cases but all charges could be dropped if O'Neal successfully completes one year's treatment at Impact.
