EXCLUSIVE: Phillip Garrido's Shocking Kidnap And Rape Police report

RadarOnline.com has obtained the police report pertaining to Phillip Garrido's 1976 arrest for kidnap and rape.

The report outlines the night Garrido kidnapped and raped Katie Calloway Hall after she offered to give him a ride in her car. At one point Garrido handcuffed Hall, taped her mouth and placed her on the floor of the vehicle, before taking her to a shed in Reno and raping her.

A police officer discovered Garrido and Hall and arrested Garrido, who was taken to the station and charged with kidnap and rape.
A never before seen picture of a young Garrido is attached to the report. Clean shaven and long haired, a menacing looking Garrido stares straight out at the camera.

i dont understand the logic of allowing them out, with only a slap on the wrist? How many more kids are going to get abused ?? this is so sick!! i feel horible for that innocent child who was betrayed by the system we have!
